| Deer Pathway
This is a wonderful trail that you most likely will see a few deer, don't taken any young horses unless they are used to seeing wild animals.

This is a nice long trail that runs over and beside a small but sandy brook.

| The Stretch
This is a four mile straight pathway covered in dirt. It used to be a road, but it is now used for getting horses used to other places.

| The Triple Crown Races |
| Oakleaf Derby
This is the first jewel of the Triple crown. This is a dirt track over a mile long with two straight sides. The facilities are pretty nice, some of the better ones around. Each line of stalls is equipped with an office and tackroom. The landscaping is pretty nice, surrounded by oak trees, how the track got it's name. When driving up you come in through a long driveway oak trees on each side and rolling fields beyond that. It is one of the more beautiful racetracks.

| Maple Meadows
This is the second jewel of the Triple Crown. This track is located off the main highway, just a few miles away from the city of Woodstock. It is on what used to be a large rolling field, now dappled with maple trees, which are tapped during sugar season and sold to the public. The stables here aren't as nice as some, as a few stalls are falling down and some remain unpainted.

| The Peak
This is the last jewel of the triple crown. It is located near a mountain top so is very windy almost all the time. It is usually good weather besides the wind though, but on the days it rains, it really pours. This is a good track for horses who don't mind the mud nor the wind. The facilities are all very nice and the grounds have a restaurant on them for any who don't want to travel to eat.

| The Triple Crown
This is the Triple Crown. It is located near a large lake so the weather is usually mild. There are winter races held here as the footing is all purpose footing and things don't freeze up much here, due to the lake. The facilities are the nicest ones found in the land, large roomy stall, and heated tack rooms for each barn. Although there are no restaurants on the grounds there are a few just a mile away.

| The Races |
| The Woodstocker
This is The Woodstocker. It is a maiden race track as well as a claiming track. The footing is a pretty deep sand, the workers here have tried to get it to be less deep, but for some reason they haven't ever really done much. It is located in the middle of the city of Woodstock so there are always people in the grandstands, therefore the track always makes good money and stall fees are relatively low, but the stalls aren't the fanciest either.

| Hillside Downs
This is an almost two mile long track with two straight sides. It is located near the ocean on a gently sloping hill. The track has been leveled out and is a dirt track. The facilities are all open stables as it never reaches below fifty here, and there are fans in each stall. This is a very nice place although some horses do get sick from the salty air as they may not be used to it.

| Thunder Plains
This track is located in the middle of nowhere, but some of the best horses have raced here, earning the track it's name. As the horses race over the dirt their hooves echo, a sound almost like that of thunder. The land here is very flat and is almost always sunny, although it is a dry heat, things can get very hot. The stables here are very nice in that they include an air conditioned tack room and office, as well as a fan for each stall. The track here has both dirt and grass and it is a little over a mile long with two straight stretches.

Slightly cool during the nights, would be wise to blanket at night. During the day it is bright and sunny out, a few rain showers are headed this way, but nothing too severe.
